Set-up your DigiBox
Connect the box to your TV with the supplied HDMI cable and connect the power cord to the box and plug into wall socket.
Once the box has powered on (White light indicates the box is on, red is off) turn on TV.
Depending on your TV you may have to use your TV remote to choose the HDMI source that you have plugged into. Most smart TV’s will recognize the box and the source.
The DigiBox will ask to join your WiFi network. Join your network, this only has to be done once, unless you unplug the box or move to another location. If it doesn’t scroll to the bottom of the screen and join the wifi network of your choice.
The box is now ready for you to use!
OPEN THE MY TV APP
The first time you go into the MYTV app scroll to Content Manager click ok….then highlight and click on Content Sources. You will see your source max4k —- scroll to Refresh and hit ok. This will add all your channels and VOD. The system will allow you set up groups and organize your channels. You can or just scroll through and begin using the box. See below!
USING MYTV APP
Once the box is set-up, the screen will display the available apps and programs that are pre-programmed. These include MYTV, Youtube, Google Chrome among others. Each of these apps provide different content. To start, open the MYTV app (First App on the left side). MYTV is the app that you subscribe to and provides both Live tv and Video on Demand. Open MYTV app and you will be given two main options: Live TV and VOD.
CHOOSE: LIVE TV – This option will give you all the live channels we have pre-programmed
specifically for you. A menu of your main categories will be available on the left hand of the screen.
These categories are grouped by language, country and also special interest. For example; English Canada – will be all English Channels available across Canada including local and regional channels and Canadian Channels such as Food Network Canada & all Canadian News channels.
The box is preprogrammed with All Canadian, US, UK and Australian Channels and any other language that is requested
In this menu you will also find, Sports including ESPN, TSN, Hockey, Soccer, 24/7 Movies, 24/7 TV shows and Pay per View.
CHOOSE: VOD – This option will provide you with all the content from streaming services including Netflix, Crave, HBO, Disney, Apple including TV shows, series and thousands of movies. The VOD option allows you to search and watch content from multiple streaming services all from one place.
HINT: We have loaded the box with all the streaming services content, however they are formatted differently. To easily navigate, I suggest you when in VOD go to the NEWLY ADDED and in that menu, then search for the series, movie or show you would like to watch. The Search icon is on the top right hand side of the screen. You can then Favorite it and when you return it will be in your Favorites, you therefore do not need to search for it again. Once you begin watching that will also be logged in the History tab so you can easily come back to it.
